General points on shipping and payment


There are *no extras!*. All prices include shipping
In the UK we ship via 1st Class Mail. In Europe and over sea's we ship registered mail.

To keep the costs down and offer our customers maximum security and convenience we have opted to use the PayPal payment system or, if you prefer or not yet a member of PayPal, the very secure WorldPay.
PayPal requires you to have or open an account. It is free and very secure. PayPal is owned by EBay and with this account you can purchase and sell on EBay.
PayPal allows payment by credit and debit cards as well as paying from your PayPal account. If you are not familiar with this system have a look here -> www.paypal.com
Please note that we will only ship to the address given on your credit card.

WorldPay is a straight forward process and allows payment with the major credit cards.

Refunds - Return - Delivery

For any purchases by credit card from within the EU you have a 7 day "cooling down" period during which you can simply change your mind and ask for the payment to be refunded. We extend this to world-wide orders.

During this period we will refund any payment, immediately after you have returned the goods to the address below or confirmed to us that you haven't received the shipment. In cases where the goods have not been shipped we will refund the payment immediately upon your request.

Alternatively for delivery within the UK you can pay by cheque which must be drawn on a UK bank.
